I've worked with Rich at Rigorous for over a year now on projects big and small. The support has been fantastic; he always knows the simplest way to fix an issue. Communication is always clear and straightforward. There's never too much to ask; whenever I pass an issue on I know that however complex it is, it will get sorted. All I have to do is let them know the problem and it's very quickly sorted without much further input needed from me (which is great when you're running a business!) I worked with Rigorous on what I would consider a fairly involved project. I'd spoken to a few developers but none of them really understood my needs or offered workable solutions. Rigorous were able to do both. Communication is key with developers and they were always friendly and responsive. There are minor kinks in the system we've developed together (which is to be expected) but the work Rigorous have done in automating what was once a monotonous, time consuming job has been tremendous. They've given me hours of my life back every week. Would definitely recommend. read more
